Input level sensor maintenance and maintenance: cleaning once a month. When cleaning, first open the rotary cap of the iron pipe of the input water level meter, and carefully take out the liquid level sensor; Then remove the debris attached to the liquid level sensor (such as water grass, plankton, etc.). When cleaning the suction hole of the water level gauge, you can use trichloroethylene or alcohol to inject the suction hole to half of its height for about 5 minutes, and then slightly shake and repeat many times until it is cleaned. Do not use any equipment to clean the pressure lead hole, so as not to damage the sensitive core pressure diaphragm. Do not use a large brush or metal tool to clean the pressure interface and pressure lead hole of the transmitter to avoid damage to the sensitive core and pressure interface threads. After cleaning, slowly put the liquid level sensor back into the iron pipe, feel that the lower part of the iron pipe has been placed, and install the rotating cap back to the original place. After unloading and cleaning, the installation will be re-installed, because the installation depth will have a certain change, it is necessary to compare the water level gauge at the time of the unified water level of the sluice again to correct the detection value of the secondary instrument to ensure the accuracy of the sampling data.
